When we looked around, we noticed a troubling pattern. Many individuals and businesses were falling victim to HVAC contractors who promised the world but delivered subpar workmanship and questionable ethics. Customers were left with malfunctioning systems, unexpected costs, and a sense of betrayal.

Zach was born and raised in Northeast Atlanta where he got his first job working as a carpenter’s helper for the Gwinnett County School System - this is where Zach first got his inspiration to pursue HVAC. After completing his training at the Gwinnett Technical College HVAC program, he quickly found his first job with a large heating and air-conditioning company in Atlanta servicing thousands of families and businesses.
After working with various companies for over 10 years, Zach moved to Augusta, GA with his then pregnant wife to go back to college and complete his bachelor's degree in business. In 2019, Zach opened Pass Heating & Cooling determined to provide an experience so great that our customers want to stay with us for life.
Lindsey Pass, a native of the Atlanta suburbs, holds a B.S in Interior Design. Her diverse professional background spans various industries, including insurance, office management, and inside sales, granting her a unique and comprehensive perspective on our customers' comfort requirements.
Committed to the values of family, Lindsey recently made the choice to devote her full-time efforts to our family business. This decision underscores her dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers.
